Biography:

Barbara Benac earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish literature from BYU and a master of liberal arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She enjoys making and teaching about art, road biking, team tennis, and loves being on or under the water. She serves as a bilingual docent at the SMU Meadows Museum and at the Dallas Museum of Art. Bill and Barbara have nine children and twenty-three grandchildren.
