Each year, Healthcare Leadership hosts its annual Student Summit, bringing together hundreds of students representing dozens of BYU healthcare associations and organizations. Under the guiding theme of “Transforming Healthcare Through Christlike Leadership,” the summit serves as a dynamic kickoff for students entering the healthcare industry.
The Student Summit’s objectives are to:
- Inspire future healthcare leaders by sharing faith-based leadership principles and practical insights from experienced professionals.
- Foster meaningful connections between students, faculty, and industry experts to build an enduring network rooted in Christlike service and ethical decision making.
Attendees engage in keynote presentations, small-group discussions, and networking sessions, all designed to help them integrate personal faith with professional excellence. This experience equips students to tackle real-world healthcare challenges with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to improving patient care by transforming healthcare through Christlike leadership.
