Sarah Lyman is from Biloxi, Mississippi. Being a part of the BYU Marriott School of Business has been a life changing experience for her. Many of the most meaningful experiences she has had have been in her individual interactions with fellow students, faculty, and visitors. These interactions have been building blocks to raise sights, build capability, open career opportunities, and make life-long connections. Though her experiences have been vast and varied, from a NetTrek for the Investment Banking Club to working with the NAC, one of her greatest joys has been in working with the men and women of the Marriott School to bring in and build up the women in the Finance Program. Through unified efforts, she has found joy in seeing mentorship and women membership grow with each event, and she looks forward to seeing who and where the program will reach. The people in the Marriott School have changed her trajectory and blessed her life. As she leaves to work with EY People Advisory she hopes to give and reach back as other have done for her.
