Doug Jepsen
Doug Jepsen is a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) student from San Jose, California. He currently serves as co-president of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) club, which exposes students to various career paths within accounting and finance. As part of his participation in the club, he has planned company tours, organized service projects, and mentored underclassmen. Doug was previously nominated by his peers for the Moss-Adams Peer-to-Peer scholarship, an award given to accounting students based on their character, team spirit, and leadership. This school year, Doug has worked as a teaching assistant in the finance department and as an author for IPOHub, a BYU-sponsored website that helps educate entrepreneurs about business issues relating to startup companies. Doug has previously interned at two tech startups, Dell Technologies, and KPMG’s Deal Advisory group. Upon graduation, he will work for the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) in Norwalk, Connecticut.
