The EYARC currently supports over 5,800 faculty at more than 1,350 institutions across 66 countries, helping faculty and students prepare for the fast-changing global marketplace.
Joni began her career as an auditor with EY, spending five years in client service before moving into industry roles. She later returned to EY in recruiting and now serves in an academic-facing capacity. With over 25 years at EY, she is known for her ability to build strong relationships across academia and the profession.
A proud graduate of Brigham Young University, Joni earned both her Bachelor and Master of Accountancy from the Marriott School of Business. While at BYU, she was a member of the International Folk Dance Ensemble, which sparked a lifelong love of travel and cultural exchange. She has since represented the United States in international folk dance festivals in over sixty countries. In her spare time, Joni is a wedding photographer, serves as a judge for dance competitions, and continues to find joy in creative expression. She’s a proud mom and wife, an enthusiastic traveler, and someone who believes that learning should be joyful, full of curiosity, and even a little bit adventurous.
