Biography:

John has a broad knowledge of office, investment, land and retail development. His experience includes tenant representation, owner representation, property management, property development, construction financing and bridge loans financing and investing in all sectors of real estate and funding start-ups.

John has been involved with several large scale developments and has secured and provided the financing for many projects. John's previous experience included managing partner (1999-2003) of the 300 million dollar master planned RiverPark Corporate Center and was responsible for all development activities associated with the 100 acre project. In 2005 John envisioned a class A office park in Lehi, Utah and with his partners have now developed 1.6 million feet of office and retail space. John represents and is a partner in the 125 acre Thanksgiving Park/Station development in the Heart of Silicon Slopes. John is Co-Managing Partner of the Ridge, a 25-acre retail master planned development in Lehi, Utah.

Through their holdings company John and his wife Tammy are invested in, office, retail, restaurants, warehouse, manufactured home communities, hotels, medical, a farm, and numerous land holdings. They also enjoy funding start-up company's and cheering them on as they grow.

John and Tammy are members of the Brigham Young University President's Leadership Council (PLC), Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business, National Advisory Council (NAC) and the International Advisory Council (IAC).

John and Tammy are the parents of 4 children, 7 grandchildren and love to spend time with them. They love to travel and meet new people.
