Biography:

Chris leads strategy and operations for Google Search, partnering closely across the executive team and all GTM functions. Previously, Chris led strategy and GTM for Google Commerce, which included Shopping, Payments and Travel. Prior to Google, Chris spent 9 years with Nike in various brand and product management leadership roles across Nike Basketball, Sportswear, Training, and the Olympics. He launched several brand campaigns including “You Can’t Stop Sport” and product innovations (Nike Adapt, Tech Fleece, NBA uniforms, athlete signature shoes). Before Nike, Chris launched his post-MBA career at Procter & Gamble in brand management, leading the Febreeze & Mr. Clean businesses. Prior to business school, Chris worked in GTM for Pfizer, and spent time in the NBA - as a scout - for the Portland Trail Blazers and Utah Jazz. Chris received a BA in Public Relations from BYU in 2005 and an MBA from Cornell University in 2011. Chris and his wife Katie (BYU ‘04) have 4 kids and have recently moved to Highland, UT.
