Bio

Sarah started at Lockheed Martin in University Talent Acquisition before joining Lockheed Martin's HR Leadership Development Program. She has rotated through Global Diversity and Inclusion/Talent and Organizational Capability, and then HR Business Partner supporting Production Operations, and now in the Total Rewards. Sarah is finishing up her Master of Business Administration degree from American University in June.

How Can You Give?

"When I was applying for jobs out of college, it was frustrating and I had a lack of responses.Common feedback I got was that you look great, but you don't interview well and need to display more confidence. I want to help people build that confidence, and also help people understand that you don't have to know exactly what you want to do, but just do something and keep moving forward."
