Biography:

Tracy Brown is a Territory Manager focused on dedicated solutions for end users for Milwaukee Tool. With almost 4 years of management and sales experience under her belt, Tracy continues to grow as a leader within her organization, dedicated to serving those around her. While she was born and raised in Oregon, she now calls Utah her home after graduating from BYU in 2018 with a business degree in Experience Design and Management. During her schooling she studied how understanding users needs and wants were crucial on providing exceptional experiences through quality products and services. In her free time she enjoys camping, sailing, and finding new brunch spots.

How Can You Give?

I have been apart of the recruiting process for my company at BYU and have recruited over 50 full-time employees and interns during my time. I can assist with interview prep, scrubbing resumes, and have numerous connections in channel, brand, and product marketing; management; supply chain; sales; operations; and HR. As a manager, I loved coaching and inspiring my team to reach their fullest potential and move up in the company. I’d love to pass along any help to students I can.
