Biography:

After graduating from UVU, started a career in the insurance industry in 2008. Started with BCI as a startup with less than 20 employees. Spent 3 years as entry level benefits counselor. Promoted to management roles during the next 6 years. After many years of supporting the sales team I transitioned to running the operations of the company. During my time as president I have spent time innovating legacy processes and refining behavior techniques for systematic change within the organization. Recently have been involved in a number of startups as an investor and advisor.
