Scott leads a brand marketing organization comprising brand strategy, content marketing, strategic alliances and guest insights at Vail Resorts, the premier mountain resort company in the world and owner of 37 resorts in North America and Australia. Prior to Vail Resorts, Scott spent 18 years with General Mills in general management and brand leadership, marketing Nature Valley, Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Betty Crocker desserts, Yoplait yogurt, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream. He also led marketing for the Asia, Middle East, Africa region of the General Mills - Nestle joint-venture, Cereal Partners, living in Dubai and Manila.

Scott received a BA in English from BYU in 1999 and an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 2003. He and his wife Carey (BYU '97) have 4 kids and live in Colorado.
