Biography:

James Clarke is the Managing Partner of Clarke Capital Partners, a Family Office and Investment Firm, headquartered in Provo, Utah. In 2001, James founded and led online retailer CLEARLINK—until it was acquired in 2011. Today, Clarke serves as chair or director on the boards of various private and public companies in the US and abroad. He has also served as a trustee and board member of several universities, as well as regional and global non-profit organizations. Currently, James is a Governor appointed trustee at Utah Valley University where he serves as Vice-Chair of the board and audit committee chair. James holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Oxford.

Andrea Clarke is a graduate of the University of Utah’s Eccles School of Business and holds a Master’s Degree Columbia University in Non-Profit Management graduating with the highest honors. Andrea serves on many university and non-profit boards, but focuses most of her efforts on raising the Clarke’s three children and managing the affairs of the Clarke's Labor and Honor Foundation. She currently serves on the boards of the Covey’s Bridle Up Hope Foundation, The Hale Center Theater (Salt Lake) and Chairs UVU’s Women Success Center, which under her leadership has raised millions of dollars and now grants more women-based scholarships than any other organization in the State of Utah.
