Biography:

Out of school, Terry Stimson earned financial analysis chops working for Ford Motor Company in Detroit (82-85), then for an investment banking "boutique" firm in Chicago and New York (85-90) closing over $4B in leveraged lease transactions. From 1990-2020 Terry ran a family real estate investment company that included some commercial real estate properties, raw land, golf course business, and other diverse investments. Terry serves as chairman of the board of Valley Bank of Nevada, a small community bank that he helped found in North Las Vegas, Nevada. He and his wife, Marjorie, have 5 children.
