Biography:

Doug Horne is the CEO of Horne Management Group. The company is a hotel management and development company and has also been or is involved in projects including a master-planned community which included the founding of the city of Saratoga Springs, Utah; various commercial projects including hotel development, student housing, custom homes, development of a 125-acre commercial site, industrial warehouses, and the development and management of an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse known as Talon’s Cove Golf Course also located in Saratoga Springs. Doug was born in Washington, D.C. and lived in Arlington, VA, until the age of 11 when his family moved to Phoenix, Arizona. He was called to serve in the Brazilia South Mission and afterward graduated from BYU with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. While at BYU, Doug married his sweetheart Margie. After spending twenty years in Southern California, we moved to Provo, Utah, in 1987. The couple have nine children and 34 grandchildren.
