Biography:
Bradley Weekes is the director of Ridgeway Investments' real estate investment and management teams. They own and operate a sizeable income property portfolio. He uses his expertise to determine the highest and best use, and has the skill set to add value to any real estate. He founded Olympic Homes Inc., which grew to be one of Arizona's leading premier real estate development and construction companies. In 1988, the "Phoenix Business Journal" recognized his company as the top custom homebuilder in Scottsdale. In 1989, they expanded to new development projects in California where they built and established the same reputation as they had in Arizona. In 1990, Brad began a new development company, Paragon Homes Inc., which featured residential and commercial construction projects in the SLC area, Utah Valley, and Park City. His specialty was high-end ski-in ski-out cabins in the Park City and Deer Valley area. Brad values his relationship with family and close friends more than anything he has achieved or attained. Brad is married to the former Stephanie Hammond and they are the parents of 5 children.
