Biography:

Mr. Meldrum is a National Deals Principal based in PwC's Dallas, TX office. He has over 20 years of experience in valuation analysis and financial advisory work. He has performed numerous advisory projects for a variety of purposes, including purchase price allocations, mergers and acquisitions, tax reorganizations, corporate planning and strategy, and bankruptcy assignments. His expertise with financial advisory is focused on helping clients understand key drivers of value and their impact on decision-making for a transaction.

Mr. Meldrum is an alum of BYU. He enjoys sports, running, scuba diving, and spending time with his wife and five children. He also serves as PWC's Lead Relationship Partner for BYU.
