Doing good even better is a tall order, but it’s one that BYU Marriott’s MSB 375 course, Social Innovation: Do Good Better, has successfully taken on.
Four students walk into a room: a chemical engineer, statistician, computer scientist, and business strategist. It might sound like the beginning of a gag, but bringing together savvy students from a variety of disciplines is what the Marriott School’s Crocker Innovation Fellowship is all about.
Visiting with top executives, touring bustling factories, and meeting with micro-credit applicants is not an everyday occurrence for Marriott School undergraduate students—unless you happen to be on a business study abroad.
