Registration

Registration will open on January 5, 2026. There is no charge for registration, but teams are responsible for travel costs.

If you have a team (outside of BYU) you would like to register, please reach out to Britt Berrett at britt.berrett@byu.edu with the subject line "Big 12 Case Competition Invite Request". Your email should contain the first and last names of your team's coach, the coach's email address, and the name of the university you represent.

Timeline

  • Case Release: TBD (name of sponsoring organization will be released with the case) 
  • Kickoff Banquet: April 2, 2026
  • Case Competition: April 3, 2026

Rules and Regulations

  1. Teams comprised of 4 undergraduate students
  2. Teams must be interdisciplinary (two different colleges must be represented, i.e. 3 members from the business school, 1 member from life sciences)
  3. No limit on how many teams can register from a university
