Thursday, July 2

  • All Day: 2nd Floor Bathroom Closure (East Building)
  • 8:00 am–9:00 am: Daily Update from the Welcome Desk

    From the Welcome Desk of BYU Marriott:

    • The 3rd-floor east is closed for construction.
      • Access to the elevators on this floor are restricted
      • Access to the stairwells on this floor are restricted
    • The 4th-floor south is closed for construction. 
      • Access to the east stairwell will remain open from the 4th-floor east entrance
      • Access to the central elevator is closed as demolition is happening in the surrounding areas.
      • Access from the east building to the west is best through floors 1-2
    • The 2nd-floor East bathrooms are closed and can not be used.
    • The atrium of the east building is now locked and inaccessible; please begin to take new routes in the building to avoid the construction work.
    • West Elevator Replacement:  1 of 2 elevators remains closed
    • Construction staging area located in the south side parking lot 
      • All side building entrances to this portion of the parking lot are closed. 
      • Bike racks are available on the upper campus
    • Skylight crane in the north parking lot by the parking structure
      • All side building entrances to this portion of the parking lot are closed.
