Olympic Park Guided Tour

Time: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm (12 slots)

Guided tours are the best way to explore the venue and learn about the amazing stories of Olympic achievement and some of the more peculiar tales of the Utah Olympic park. The tour will include a ride aboard a shuttle bus and drive to the top of the world’s highest Nordic ski jumps and one of the fastest sliding tracks in the world. During the one-hour tour, the guides will do what guides do best–inform, explain and entertain.

Transportation will be provided to and from the Olympic Park. We will leave the hotel at 2:00 pm, tour will begin at 3:00 pm and will return by 5:00 pm.

Park City Mountain Skiing/Snowboarding

Time: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Your ski pass will be covered by BYU. You will need to bring or rent your own ski/snowboarding equipment. If anyone is going to be scheduling a ski or snowboard lesson with Park City Resort, you will need to sign up for the CANYONS VILLAGE side of the resort in order to be closer to the Hyatt Centric.

Here are a couple of rental shops that are close and easily accessible:

  • Aloha Ski Rental Shop – located in the Hyatt Centric. By using this link you will receive the following: 25% discount on all rental equipment, complimentary overnight storage (should you choose to ski more than one day), and 9 locations to pick from for pick up and drop off.   • Canyon Mountain Sports Rental – located in Canyons Village, which is a very short walk across Canyons Village from the Hyatt Centric. Soldier Hollow Tubing

Time: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm (4 person minimum)

Soldier Hollow in Wasatch Mountain State Park near Midway offers the longest tubing lanes in Utah. The hill has lengthy 1,200 foot sliding lanes with lift service for towing people up the hill for tubing and a sound system keeps the airwaves full of enjoyable tunes. Transportation will be provided to and from Soldier Hollow.

Wasatch Adventure Guides Snowshoe Tour

Time: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm (2 person minimum)

Local Snowshoe tour with Wasatch Adventure Guides. Snowshoe tours are a great way to get out into nature without experiencing the crowds of the ski resort. All of our snowshoe tours are private and are catered to your desired fitness level (leisurely, moderate). Aerobic tours will aim for some big climbs, while we try to keep leisurely tours to flatter trails. All snowshoe tours include transportation and take place in the general Park City area.
