Skye is a long-course professional triathlete and licensed CPA. Skye’s journey in triathlon, and in life, is a reflection of her tenacity and belief that anything is possible with discipline and hard work.
In April 2015, Skye went part-time at her Big 4 accounting job, hired a coach, and got serious about becoming the best triathlete she could be, with sights immediately set on racing professionally. In 2019, Skye was the Ironman European Champion and Boulder 70.3 champion, and was on the podium at almost every race she completed. Skye is currently ranked 10th in the world and 2nd American in the Professional Triathletes Organization’s world rankings.
Skye graduated from Brigham Young University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in tax accounting. She worked in public accounting for five years at Ernst & Young in Salt Lake City, and has since worked part-time in accounting.
