Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) provides individuals with powerful frameworks and real-world solutions to pursue the acquisition and leadership of a company. The class will walk through the life cycle of a typical path to finding and running a business, including information on searching for an opportunity, negotiating, financing, closing, leading that business and then long-term considerations such as positioning your business for sale. The class will be capped to allow for ample interaction and personal attention.

Designed for business owners or operators that are thinking about selling in the near future or years down the road, this workshop will walk through exit options ranging from selling to an ESOP, financial buyers, strategic acquirers, ETA practitioners, team members, or keeping the business in the family. The class will delve into non-monetary seller satisfaction as well as strategies to maximize value during the exit while covering best-practices around working with advisors, intermediaries and other service providers. The class will be capped to allow for ample interaction and personal attention.
