FAQ
1. What is included in the price of the trip?
Everything is covered except lunch on the way to the campsite and dinner on the way home. Every meal at the campsite and the rafting fees are all covered.
2. Where and what time are we meeting on the 24th?
Outdoors Unlimited, 2201 N Canyon Rd, Provo, UT 84604. Be there at 6:30AM sharp
3. Where do I leave my car during the trip?
We recommend that you be dropped off if possible due to parking limitations. However, we have special permission to leave our cars in the Outdoors Unlimited parking lot.
4. What do I need to bring for the trip?
See the packing list tab on the homepage.
5. What if I don't have a tent? What if I need a sleeping bag or mat?
Please click on this link to sign up for a tent or to post that you have a tent you are willing to share. If you need a sleeping bag or mat, please indicate that on this sheet as well. We will make sure we pool together everything we need.
6. How do I prepare for the recruiting portion of the trip?
We will be sending out bios of each of the recruiters. It will help you to read the bios and know who each of the recruiters are and what they do for their company. It will also be helpful to do some general research on the company they represent. You can search for the recruiters on LinkedIn and learn more about their history. The best way to network is to have good questions for the individual about their experience and relate those questions to interests of your own.
7. What if I have dietary restrictions?

8. What facilities are available at the campsite?
There are bathrooms, but there are NO showers. We have a fresh water spicket that you can use to wash up.
9. Is there electricity at the campsite?
No. If you need to charge your phone, bring a portable charger. Service is bad though, so don't expect to be able to communicate much.

11. I am a recruiter. What are my options for accommodations?
Please email Kurtis at kurtiswlarson@gmail.com if you are not planning on staying at the campsite. There are some hotels nearby that we have reserved in case you want to use them instead.
12. I am a recruiter. How do I get to the campsite?
Please email Suz at susannah.hertz@gmail.com to coordinate rides to the campsite on the bus or a pick-up from the airport.
13. I am a recruiter. What flights should I buy?
If you want to ride the bus to the campsite with the students, we are leaving at 7am on August 24th. You would need to arrive the night before. If you would like to be picked up from the Boise airport in the afternoon of August 24th, please buy a plane ticket set to arrive before 2pm on August 24th.
