FAQ
When and where do we meet?
Students meet at the BYU Outdoors Unlimited parking lot, 2201 N Canyon Rd, Provo, UT 84604 on Thursday, August 23 at 11:00 AM.
Registered recruiters and Advisory Board members meet at the hotel lobby on Friday, August 24 at 3:30 PM. They are welcome to attend other parts of the retreat, but need to confirm and pay through Stephanie Graham (see below).

Why would I attend?
For students, this retreat is a wonderful way to build lasting relationships with your fellow supply chain students before the semester begins, and to meet, engage with, and learn from recruiters representing a variety of top companies. Don't miss this opportunity to learn how you can change the world through supply chain management, jumpstart your internship recruiting process, and enjoy adventure activities with fellow first and second year students in the supply chain track!
For recruiters, this retreat provides a unique opportunity to personally get to know prospective supply chain interns and employees in a more fun, casual setting. It will give you a platform to share information about your company, and to observe which students are a good culture fit for your company, as you participate alongside them in fun adventure activities.
What is included with my registration fee?
- MBA Student: registration includes room, meals, and activities
- Recruiter/Advisory Board: registration includes Friday afternoon and evening activities (including an optional guest at dinner). To sign up for other activities, contact Stephanie Graham at stephanieg@byu.edu or 801-422-5217
- Recruiter - ENTIRE EVENT: registration includes all meals and activities, but does NOT include hotel room or transportation.
