The BYU Marriott Case Competition allows the Deans  to hear ideas from the student body in order to understand the needs and wants of students. The prompt is selected by the BYU Marriott Deans in order to focus the case on topics that are important to them.

BYU Marriott released an updated vision statement, mission statement, and values in 2021. The BYU Marriott Vision Statement is as follows:

We aspire to transform the world through Christlike leadership.

The BYU Marriott Case Competition will focus on this vision statement. Focusing on BYU Marriott’s vision is critical as the organization strives to make decisions that will help students grow into being more Christlike leaders.  Each student at BYU Marriott has a unique perspective on how this vision can be carried out and implemented.
