Judges

Brenna Artinger (they/them/theirs) is a Senior Workplace Program Associate at the Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding. They come to Tanenbaum with a background in Buddhist studies and non-profit work, having worked for some time at the intersection of the two fields. They enjoy teaching about religious accommodations and providing resources to actualize faith and belief in the workplace. Brenna is currently based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota and received their Master of Philosophy in Buddhist Studies from the University of Oxford in 2020.

Andrea Chowanic has worked at the Ford Motor Company for the last 27 years, most recently as a product planner and research engineer. She also serves as the global people lead of the Ford Interfaith Network, helping to educate people about and celebrate employees of many different faiths within the Ford community.

Kathryn Davidson is a Senior Director of Marketing at Ancestry with more than 17 years of experience at the company. She leads marketing for Ancestry’s Family History Verticals, overseeing strategic marketing initiatives, customer support leadership, and P&L accountability across multiple brands and markets.
Kathryn’s role spans both growth strategy and operational execution, ensuring that marketing, customer experience, and business performance are closely aligned. She is known as a strong cross-functional partner and thoughtful leader, with a track record of building scalable programs while keeping customers at the center of decision-making.

Sarah Davis is the Founder, President and Chief Creative Officer of Fashionphile. Entrepreneur Magazine called Fashionphile one of the 100 “Smartest, Most Innovative, Handsdown Brilliant Companies on our Radar”. She was named one of Forbes Magazine’s Ten Female Entrepreneurs to Watch. She graduated from Brigham Young University and served a mission for her church in Minnesota. She has a law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. Sarah met her husband Steve at BYU and they have four children.

Nishith Jain is Vice President of Corporate Strategy at ServiceNow, where he focuses on enterprise strategy, long-term growth initiatives, and executive decision-making at scale. Over his career spanning more than two decades, Nishith has worked with Bain & Company, Hewlett Packard, and at Dell Technologies, across their offices in Singapore, New York, London and New Delhi.
In addition to his corporate leadership role, Nishith is a published author, keynote speaker, and executive coach. He is passionate about traveling, teaching and learning, especially on topics related to Asia and Technology – which he believes are two forces that are bound to drive the global agenda for decades to come.

Jennifer Jensen is a senior tax professional at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she specializes in indirect tax services for multinational and domestic clients. She serves on the School of Accountancy Board of Advisors at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, contributing her expertise in tax strategy and professional development for accounting students.

Megan Johns is a U.S.-based ethics and compliance leader at Walmart, where she focuses on strengthening risk management, governance, and ethical business practices across the organization. A Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), she combines professional certifications with deep corporate experience to help design and oversee programs that promote integrity, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

Ihita Kabir is a senior inclusion, partnerships, and strategy leader with 15+ years of experience advancing equitable talent, leadership, and culture outcomes across global professional services organizations. Currently serving as the Americas Inclusion & Diversity Strategic Partnerships Lead at Accenture, she leads a data-driven partnership ecosystem impacting more than 146,000 employees annually and oversees a large, multi-regional portfolio aligned to enterprise priorities.
A Cornell Certified Inclusion Practitioner, Ihita is recognized for embedding inclusion into core business strategy through strong governance, analytics, and stakeholder engagement. Her background spans consulting, compliance, change management, and procurement management. She brings a relationship-centered, results-driven approach to her work, informed by her background in consulting, I&D, and program management. She is equally passionate about cultural connection, global travel, and creating spaces where people and organizations can thrive.

Harmeet Kamboj is an interreligious educator, artist public scholar, and strategic advisor, whose work focuses on religious literacy, equity, and inclusion for marginalized faith communities in the United States. They currently work at Interfaith America as an assistant director of workplace strategy and volunteers as an advisory council member for the Center for Faith, Justice, and Reconciliation. Academically, Harmeet holds both a Master of Sacred Theology and a Master of Arts in Interreligious Engagement from Union Theological Seminary.

Scott Kriebel is Regional Finance Director at Aramark Sports + Entertainment, with over 15 years of experience leading financial operations and driving revenue growth in complex environments. He brings deep expertise in P&L management, budgeting, cash flow, compliance, and internal controls, aligning financial strategy with enterprise objectives. Scott is a goal-driven, collaborative leader known for building high-performing teams and delivering disciplined, data-driven results.

Melissa Layne is a Chaplain Training Manager and LMFT. She has worked at Tyson foods for the last 5 years, assisting people in growth and healing. Speaking English and Spanish, she is honored to serve people of faith, those searching, and individuals who are without any religious preference.

Alain Ndagijimana is a BCCI Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) and U.S. Army Chaplain with ten units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) who is fluent in English, French, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, offering 15 years of experience providing spiritual care with respect, empathy and compassion to patients, families and staff. Dedicated to the work of preserving human dignity and of helping individuals to explore, seek and express meaning and purpose of human existence, and to support the way they experience connectedness to the moment, self, others, nature, and to the significant or sacred. Career supported by the degrees of Doctor of Psychology in Pastoral Logotherapy, Master of Arts in World Missions and Evangelism and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Julia Oltmanns is currently Culture and Care Manager for Coca-Cola Consolidated, where she oversees faith-based programs for the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the U.S. Prior to this position, she was Director of DEI Services for Zurich Resilience Solutions in North America. She previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Employment Law at Zurich, a global insurance carrier where she served for 7 years.
Julia has more than 20 years of experience as an employment attorney, primarily in corporate legal departments. During her tenure at Zurich, she also had the opportunity to be a founding member and leader of Good NewZ, Zurich’s Christian employee resource group, and she teaches other Christians how they could form similar groups in their companies.

With over 15 years at Equinix, Ismael Rivera has built a career at the intersection of finance, operations, and change leadership, driving enterprise-wide transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic agility. His expertise spans Change Management, Business Operations, FP&A, and Data Analytics, ensuring that organizations navigate complex change effectively and sustainably. He currently serves as a project and organizational change manager to develop complex business cases and deploy large-scale solutions for clients.
Known as “Pastor Izzy”, he was a youth pastor for nearly a decade and has been a lead pastor at Revive Church Assembly of God for the past 4 years. He is an interfaith leader in his community and works with his wife to help show people the love, beauty & hope that lives in them.

Michael Roberts is the cofounder and former president of Faithforce Salesforce's interbelief community stretching over 6,500 members across 6 continents. He is a graduate of the University of Sydney and just celebrated 11 years at Salesforce as a Distinguished Solution Engineer for Marketing Cloud. He is passionate about belief inclusion and proud that Salesforce has been recognised as a top 5 REDI faith friendly organization in the Fortune 500. He is from Sydney Australia but lives in Chicago, IL and is passionate about coffee, skiing and hosting great dinner parties.

Richard Whitehead is a senior business and technology leader at Adobe with deep expertise spanning business management, strategy, product management, marketing, and engineering. He brings extensive experience across cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, MarTech, and modern work management platforms, including identity, access, and security solutions. Richard has played key roles in executive due diligence and acquisitions and is known for translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. He is also a published author and an experienced presenter for executive briefings, keynotes, and industry events.
