Sumreen Ahmad is a Global management consultant with 20+ years’ experience in leadership development, human capital and organization design, journey and change management and strategic planning. Extensively experienced in mobilizing and leading global initiatives, Sumreen spearheaded the efforts to develop the professional standard for all change management practitioners worldwide and has extensive experience leading organization wide transformational efforts for Accenture’s 720,000+ employees. She is a recognized expert in building inclusive, equal and innovative cultures – through her leadership of Accenture’s Interfaith and Faith inclusion priority – in addition to speaking at a variety of industry conferences including; Working Mother Media, Diversity Best Practices and The Forum for Workplace Inclusion. Sumreen is committed to translating her professional skills back into community building by driving strategy development for the non-profit community and delivering youth leadership training. She serves as the Strategic Planning Lead and Board Member for Zaman International – a SE Michigan based non-profit humanitarian organization that provides wraparound services to women and children in extreme poverty – recognized for the impact delivered as part of the CNN Heroes. Sumreen leaves in Canton, MI with her husband and children.

Brenna (they/them/theirs) is a Senior Workplace Program Associate at the Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding. They come to Tanenbaum with a background in Buddhist studies and non-profit work, having worked for some time at the intersection of the two fields. They enjoy teaching about religious accommodations and providing resources to actualize faith and belief in the workplace. Brenna is currently based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota and received their Master of Philosophy in Buddhist Studies from the University of Oxford in 2020.

Representing Interfaith America as an Emerging Leader since 2012, Parth combines his corporate experience with a passion for fostering interfaith dialogue. He has shared insights on business and interfaith cooperation at global events, including the 2021 G20 Interfaith Youth Forum and multiple sessions of the Parliament of the World's Religions.

Dr. Paul W. Lambert is an expert on religious pluralism and faith and belief accommodation in the workplace, regularly consulting with global businesses and universities on the subject. He runs his own consulting practice out of Washington DC and is also a board member and senior business fellow of the Religious Freedom & Business Foundation, directing all their corporate training and consulting. He has held faculty and administrative positions at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, Brigham Young University, and the National Defense University. Paul is a proud and loyal BYU graduate.

Julia is Culture and Care Manager for Coca-Cola Consolidated, where she oversees faith-based programs and transformation initiatives for the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the U.S. Coca-Cola Consolidated has 17,000 employees across 14 states with its headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to this position, she was Director of DEI Services for Zurich North America. She previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Employment Law at Zurich, a global insurance carrier where she served for 7 years. Julia has more than 20 years of experience as an employment attorney, primarily in corporate legal departments. During her tenure at Zurich, she also had the opportunity to be a founding member and leader of Good NewZ, Zurich’s Christian employee resource group, which ultimately led to her decision to make a major career change so that she could focus on faith and work integration in the corporate world.

Marsie Sweetland is the founder of Equinix FaithConnect, a Fortune 500 belief-based Employee Resource Group that is open to all faiths, non-faiths, and worldviews. Through interfaith and religious literacy events with some of the top companies in the world (Google, PayPal, American Airlines, Apple, and more), FaithConnect strives to forward Equinix’s goal of building a diverse and inclusive culture where every employee can say, “I'm safe, I belong, and I matter.” FaithConnect ranked Equinix as the #3 top faith-friendly workplace in the 2023 Religious Equity Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) Index. By day, Marsie is a Sr. Client Executive, managing the global relationship with some of Equinix’s largest customers, and she is employee #97 at Equinix. Outside work, Marsie is a Taskforce Member for the Faith & Media Initiative, an Advisor for AI & Faith and a Board Member for the International Center for Advocates Against Discrimination, ICAAD. Marsie is also the co-founder of definehate.org, whose goal is to provide an accurate and transparent dataset of hate speech to help AI researchers create algorithms that protect marginalized groups against discrimination, prejudice, and hateful acts of violence.

Locally and nationally, service is important to Seth. He served in volunteer leadership roles for various nonprofits including the 24/7 Gateway Center, Atlanta’s premier program for addressing chronic homelessness, as well as with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. Additionally, he was Vice-Chair for the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta.

Sarah Davis is the Founder, President and Chief Creative Officer of Fashionphile. She was named one of Forbes Magazine’s Ten Female Entrepreneurs to Watch. She graduated from Brigham Young University and served a mission for her church in Minnesota. She has a law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. Sarah met her husband Steve at BYU and they have four children.

Jennifer is a state and local indirect tax partner in PwC's East region, working in the Atlanta, Birmingham, Boston, Charlotte, Florida, Nashville, New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington DC Metro offices. She has been specializing in the sales and use taxes for over 25 years. She assists clients in all industries through various multi-state tax studies, reverse sales tax audits, due diligence, and general indirect tax consulting projects. Jennifer also served as a the past chairperson on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants state and local tax resource panel. Jennifer is a graduate of Brigham Young University with Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in accounting with a tax emphasis.

Sara has trained over 50 non-profits and social enterprises across the country on workforce development best practices in her role at Cara Collective. A native New Yorker, Monika began her aviation career as a Flight Attendant in Atlanta before returning to her hometown to fly with Endeavor Air. She now serves as a Senior Base Manager for Delta Air Lines in Salt Lake City, where she supports the Inflight Service team supporting over 1,800 Flight Attendants. When she is not taking in the stunning mountain views, she enjoys adventuring with friends and family and exploring the ever-evolving real estate market.
