Information and Parking

Conference Costs

Attendees are responsible for travel and hotel expenses. BYU Marriott will cover all meals, activities, and shuttles between the Marriott Hotel and conference venues. 

Dress / Weather

Dress is business casual for the conference. Please pack a light jacket for Thursday's meetings and activities at Aspen Grove. The average temperature in Provo Canyon during October is typically a high of 56 degrees and a low of 36 degrees.

Transportation

Attendees are responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel. BYU Marriott will provide shuttles between the Marriott Hotel and conference venues. 

Directions to Aspen Grove

Thursday's portion of the conference will be held at BYU's Aspen Grove. Click here for a map to Aspen Grove.

Parking

Friday's portion of the conference will be held on BYU campus at the N. Eldon Tanner Building. Parking will be provided on the first floor of the Tanner Building graduate student parking structure. Parking spots will be identified with cones.

1. From University Avenue, turn east onto Cougar Blvd (1230 North).
2. Follow Cougar Blvd until your third right.
3. Proceed east in the parking lot.
4. Turn into the east entrance of the parking garage. 
5. Your parking spot will be marked by cones.
