Healthcare Leadering Conference:
The registration fee is $125 for professionals who register by August 15, 2023, and $150 for those who register after this deadline. The student price is $80.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All Healthcare Leadership Conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing as indicated below and sent to the Healthcare Leadership Collaborative. Requests may be emailed or mailed (see contact information below). Telephone requests will not be honored.
Full Refunds – before September 1, 2023
To receive a full refund, written requests must be received no later than 30 days prior to the conference (before September 1, 2023).
50% Refunds – September 1 - September 15, 2023
Requests for refunds received between September 1, 2023 - September 15, 2023, will be subject to a 50% refund.
No Refunds – after September 15, 2022
Requests for refunds received within two weeks of the start (September 15, 2023 - September 29, 2023) of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.
Illness or Extenuating Circumstance
Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the conference due to a family illness or other extenuating circumstances.
The Healthcare Leadership Collaborative will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than 3 weeks after the conference has concluded.

Substitution Policy
Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Utah Medical Association through the joint providership of the UMA Foundation and the BYU Healthcare Industry Network (HIN). The UMA Foundation is accredited by the Utah Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The UMA Foundation designates this in-person or live remote activity for a maximum of 5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
