Transportation and Lodging

Our conference will be held at Aspen Grove Family Camp and Conference Center just above Sundance. Lodging and meals will be on site with the conference meetings.

In most cases, Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) will be the most convenient airport. It is about 50-60 minutes (by car) to BYU or to Aspen Grove. BYU and Aspen Grove are about 30 minutes apart.

Beginning the afternoon of Sept 25th (see schedule), attendees are welcome to go directly to Aspen Grove or gather at the Tanner Building on BYU’s Provo campus to caravan up to Aspen Grove between the hours of noon and 5pm local time.

To get to campus from the Salt Lake City Airport, we recommend using one of the following options for ground transportation.

• Public Transportation. Trax (light rail) and FrontRunner (commuter) train system are cost-effective and easy to navigate. Take the Trax from the airport terminal to the North Temple Station, where you will transfer onto the southbound FrontRunner. Ride the FrontRunner all the way to its last stop, the Provo station. We will meet you at the station to drive you to campus and on to Aspen Grove. FrontRunner fare is $5, and Trax fare is about $2.50. It will cost less than $10 to travel each way. We will pick you up at the Provo train station if you arrive between noon and 5pm local time on Wed, Sept 25th. More information on routes and fares. Depending on your preferences or if you cannot arrive in Provo between noon and 5pm on Wed, Sept 25th, we suggest one of the following.
   
• Private Shuttle. If you'd prefer a more direct route to BYU Campus, you can arrange for a shuttle to pick you up at the airport and drop you off directly at our meeting point, the BYU Tanner Building. Fare is $34 per person, and reservations can be made here.
   
• Rental Car (carpooling encouraged). Finally, if you prefer to rent a car, see link. There is limited parking at Aspen Grove so we ask that you let us know directly if you’re using a rental car (rachwoerner@gmail.com).
