Cougar Talent Solutions is a place for BYU MBA HR students to apply knowledge in solving strategic business problems for organizations with an emphasis on improving people practices.
Students come from a variety of backgrounds and are mentored on projects by industry experts and HR faculty. Please feel free to reach out to anyone on our team with project proposals or questions about the services we offer!
How to Join:
In order to apply, applicants will need to successfully complete MBA 537 – Change Management during the winter semester of their first year. Mid February there will be an information session held, discussing more about how to apply to MBA 646 B – Cougar Talent Solutions for the second year fall semester
