Our Mission
The mission of the BYU Healthcare Leadership Association (HLA) is to produce future leaders in the healthcare industry who will make a positive impact in improving the global healthcare system.
The HLA will accomplish this by (1) educating our students to be competent in the complexities of the healthcare system, (2) challenging our students with experiential learning opportunities that will prepare them for leadership in the healthcare industry, and (3) providing our students with the networks and resources needed to obtain employment of their choice in the healthcare industry.

By joining the HLA (either undergraduate or graduate) you’ll then be able to join the specific chapter that’s most relevant to you and engage with other students interested in the healthcare field.
