Neetu Dhaliwal

Co-Founder, Believe Interfaith ERG PayPal Inc. Neetu is a devout follower of Sikh faith and strictly follows principles of Sikhism in her personal and professional life. She is a strong proponent of disruptive innovation and a true champion of change. In her primary role, Neetu manages a team of Program Managers who are responsible for delivering Risk solutions to PayPal customers. Neetu’s strong passion about equity and inclusiveness led her to co-find PayPal’s Interfaith Employee Resource Group (ERG), Believe. At the community front, Neetu has served as academic advisor at Saint Mary College. She has also served as Vice Chair of Neighborhoods Commission and Advisory Board Member at city of San Jose, CA. Neetu earned her Executive MBA with Honors from St. Mary’s College of California.
