Brian Hodges

Brian is based in Austin, Texas and is a Senior Manager of HR Talent Management at Equinix. Beyond his work in HR, Brian serves on the global leadership team of FaithConnect (Equinix’s interfaith employee resource group). Prior to joining Equinix in 2020, Brian was a Director within the Customer Experience Team at VMware for 7 years holding several responsibilities which included partnering with senior executives across global organizations to identify and drive material actions based on voice of customer data. Brian also has an 8-year track record of success at both Dell and VMware in direct sales, sales leadership, channel sales, and customer success.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. He also recently co-authored a children’s book titled “Equinix – The Place I Work” to help children grow and learn about the important role Equinix plays in the tech industry. Other interests include community service, coaching youth sports, and playing pickleball.
