Shawn Trotter

Shawn Trotter serves as a Vice President at Dell Technologies and has been there for 24 years. She has been in numerous sales leadership and enablement roles and currently is responsible for hiring, training and developing all early in career sellers globally. She is also an ICF certified Executive Coach. She has been married to her husband Wil for 31 years, has two wonderful children, Drake (age 30) and Matteson (age 20), one grandbaby girl Deklyn (age 19 months). Over the years, Shawn has co-authored two children’s books and currently serves as a board member for the Lone Star Paralysis Foundation in Austin.
