Izzy Rivera

A dedicated husband and father, Izzy has been with Equinix for 14 years. He has been pastoring for 15 years and is now planting a church in Palmetto, Fl. During his time at Equinix he has held several positions ranging from Capacity & Asset Management to his most current role in leading transformation in Legal Operations. However, his most prized role has been as the Christian lead and now also as America’s Ambassador for the overall Equinix FaithConnect group. In this role he has had the opportunity to help impact the lives of his co-workers by helping them understand how they can live out their faith openly in the workplace without fear of judgment or exclusion.
