Scott Murff

Scott is an interdisciplinary strategy consultant and data science leader. With McKinsey & Company he has advised leading organizations on strategy and leads implementation projects. Scott has expertise in people analytics, retail & commercial banking, risk management, and B2B sales analytics. He currently serves as the Special Projects Manager in the Office of the Chief People Officer at McKinsey & Company. In 2021 Scott started Faith@McKinsey, an interfaith discussion group, where McKinsey colleagues have the opportunity to share what they believe and why in an environment that embraces diverse points of view with curiosity and respect. Scott also teaches courses in the Strategy major at BYU’s Marriott School of Business.
