Marsie Sweetland is a Client Executive at Equinix, a Fortune 500 digital infrastructure company where she manages some of Equinix’s most valuable customers, including Apple and Meta. Marsie is employee #97 and the longest-tenured female employee at Equinix. She is the founder of FaithConnect, Equinix’s faith-based ERG, which is open to all faiths, non-faiths, and worldviews. FaithConnect’s mission is to inspire a culture of learning and respect in the workplace. Marsie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California Santa Cruz.
