Healthcare Industry Network Conference:

Registration fee is $135 for those who register by September 20, 2019, and $155 for those who register after this deadline.

Additional Activities:

The Thursday Alumni/Student Service Activity is free of an additional charge.

The Saturday tailgate event is free of an additional charge, but those who purchase football tickets will need to pay the price of the ticket to attend the event. RSVPing for the tailgate does NOT include the purchase of a Saturday football game ticket.

Dress Expectations

Dress for the Healthcare Industry Network Conference is business casual.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All Healthcare Industry Network Conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing as indicated below and sent to the Healthcare Industry Initiative. Requests may be emailed or mailed (see contact information below). Telephone
requests will not be honored.

Full Refunds – Minimum 30 Days Notice

To receive a full refund, written requests must be received no later than 30 days prior to the conference (before October 15, 2019).

75% refunds – Within 3-4 Weeks Notice

Requests for refunds received between October 15, 2019 - October 23, 2019 will be subject to a 75% refund.

50% Refunds – Within 2-3 Weeks Notice

Requests for refunds received between October 24, 2019 - October 31, 2019 will be subject to a 50% refund.

No Refunds – Within 2 Weeks Notice

Requests for refunds received within two weeks of the start (November 1, 2019 - November 14-16, 2019) of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.

Illness or Extenuating Circumstance

Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the conference due to a family illness or other extenuating circumstance.

The Healthcare Industry Initiative will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than 3 weeks after the conference has concluded.
