David Harman Sr. graduated from Brigham Young University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Arts and received his Master of Public Administration in 1975. For over forty years, Dave has owned, managed, and brokered hundreds of properties in Utah. In 1972, Dave started his tenure in the real estate business buying a four-plex apartment building. By 2003, he’d overseen the building of 175 condos, townhomes, and single-family homes. Meanwhile, in 1976, Dave became the owner of Century 21 Harman Realty, and has since managed hundreds of agents with many ethnic backgrounds. He founded the Harman Real Estate Academy in 1984 and has instructed over 3,000 students.

Dave has been a member of many prestigious clubs and public service groups such as the Orem Chamber of Commerce, Orem Rotary Club, Utah State Apartment Association, President of the Utah County Board of Realtors and Board of Director for the Utah Association of Realtors. He has earned the “Excellent in Real Estate Award” every year since 2002. Under his leadership, Dave’s office has won many awards in the Century 21 system, including the Quality Service Pinnacle Award 2003 to 2016, the Centurion Awards and the President’s Club Awards. Dave recently received the “Lifetime Achievement” Award from the Utah Apartment Association and the Utah Central Real Estate Associations.

When Dave is not working, he loves to ride motorcycles, snowmobiles, travel to different countries, and enjoys spending time with his large family. Dave Harman Sr. is a hard working businessman, a devoted patron to the community.
