Jeffrey Killian retired from the City of Millbrae in the San Francisco Bay Area after serving for 32 years in local government management. While employed by the City of Millbrae for 19 of these years, Mr. Killian filled the position of the Assistant City Manager/Director of General Services which included duties such as Finance Director and Human Resources Director, budget preparation and administration, and risk management. Prior to his work in Millbrae, Mr. Killian worked as the City Administrator/Finance Director of the City of Marysville, California; the Assistant City Manager of Lafayette, California; City Administrator of Price, Utah; and Assistant Director of Intergovernmental Relations for Salt Lake County, Utah.

Jeff received both a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brigham Young University.

Jeff and his wife, Claudia Tibbs, have been married for 46 years. They have five children, one son and four daughters, and seven grandchildren.
