Jeff is a graduate of USU's John Huntsman School of Business, Thunderbird's Global MBA Program, Northwestern Kellogg's Post-MBA Program & Duke's Global Executive Leadership Program in Shanghai, China.

Jeff completed work assignments with Masco Corporation in Latin America, the EMEA Region and the USA. He was the Latin America GM of Armstrong World Industry's Mexico Subsidiary and resided in Mexico for three years. He was the Director of Sunbeam's International Division. He was VP of Marketing and Sales for CISA, a Chilean Company. He also was VP of a strategic business unit of Hong Kong based TTI Group. Jeff served as President of the Home Depot Division of Keter Plastics. He also was VP of Residential at Ingersoll Rand. He currently is head of the Americas for Taiwan Fu Hsing, a publicly traded firm with B2B relationships with Lowe's and Home Depot.

Jeff had the goal of attending BYU and changed course to help care for his grandmother in Logan, Utah. He served a mission in Northern Spain. He has been married for nearly 25 years and enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He is in his fifth year serving as bishop of his ward, and he loves to serve, support family and community, run marathons and read. He is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Brazilian Portuguese.
